Questions

What does onboarding cover?
Onboarding is a one-time €900 per hotel. It covers connecting LaPreno to your HikCentral server, setting up the access points, the OPERA settings for plates kept on guest profiles, and a walkthrough for your staff.
Is VAT included?
No. Every price on this page is in euros and excludes VAT.
Can I change the number of barriers later?
Yes. A hotel adds and disables access points itself, under Parking access → Access points. The price follows the number of access points per hotel: 2 are included, and each additional one is €40 per month.
What happens to plate data?
A plate is deleted automatically once the retention period the hotel sets has passed after its access window — 30 days unless the hotel chooses between 1 and 365. A plate that may still be on a barrier list is kept until it is removed there or its access there has expired. Logs, the audit trail and monitoring only ever show a plate masked, such as AB***CD.
